The highly anticipated Pushpa 2: The Rule, starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, has received a U/A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The film, directed by Sukumar, went through a few changes before getting the green light, with specific edits requested by the board.
What Changes Did CBFC Request?
The CBFC asked the filmmakers to remove certain words, including “Denguddi” and “Venkateshwar,” from the Telugu version. Additionally, scenes depicting extreme violence were toned down. This includes a scene showing an amputated leg flying and another where the protagonist is seen holding a severed arm. Following these modifications, the board approved the film with a U/A certificate.
